Census records containing only people of the BLUE/BLEW/BLU/BLAW/etc surname are presented here. We’re sorry this collection is not complete; most of the 1870 census records are not included, because the compilation was made before the 1870 indexes were available. Also, we are lacking most of the 1910, 1920 and 1930 census data. You may note that several states are not included, primarily the New England states (which contain some interesting BLUE families). We hope to add the missing data in the future, and if anyone would like to volunteer to compile and submit them, we would be grateful.
